Due to the outbreak of COVID-19 virus, all of Everforex branches are closed until future notice. Please follow the instructions below to conduct currency exchange, domestic and global payments by utilizing Everforex Online platform.
For new customers, please register online and forward true copies of: valid driver's license, a statement letter with your home address, such as bank, utilities or phone statements, to us by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please also include your home address, occupation and contact phone numbers in the email. We will contact you to finalize the registration. Please be advised Everforex employs strict anti-money laundering policy to register any client and execute transactions. We do not provide services to you if your funds are from illegal sources.
If you are an existing client with Everforex but not an Everforex Online user, please contact Everforex to upgrade to a web trader user.
If you are an existing Everforex Online user, please follow the procedures below to start money exchange online:
- Please contact us to get our bank account information, we will forward our local bank account details to you. Then you can approach any of your local bank branches (TD, RBC etc) to wire the funds to our bank account. and send the transfer receipt to email@example.com with your name, date of birth. For more methods of incoming payment please refer to Everforex Payment Methods.
- Once we have verified your identity and payment, we will credit the funds to your Everforex Online account and you can start online trading from there.
- You can transfer your exchanged funds to your own bank account thru Everforex Online fund transfer page. If you send the payment instruction before 4Pm Vancouver time, our back office will transfer the funds out on the same day, then you would expect the funds in your account before the next business day.
