Methods we accept


  • Pre-authorized Debit (PAD) for both CAD and USD is the most favorite way for accredited customers to fund their Everforex Online accounts from a Canadian Financial Institution. With your authorization Everforex can debit your domestic CAD or USD bank account and save your trips. Please contact Everforex for PAD forms and send funds online;

  • Cash can be taken to our office for exchange. A valid photo ID must be presented when the transacting amount is CAD equivelant of $1,000.00 or above;
  • POS machines are installed in our branches, so bring your bank card to slide. A valid photo ID is required. At this time we only accept Debit Card, not Credit Card.
  • Personal cheque or company cheque is accepted in our branches, the payee on the cheque shold be: EVERFOREX FINANCIAL CORP. Due to the clearance policy changes, we do not accept USD bank draft anymore. (For Canadian dollars, we still accept bank draft).
  • Wire payment to Everforex is a preferred method. The transfer receipt (with the customer's name or customer number on it) must be faxed or emailed to Everforex;
  • For CAD fund, bill payment is a convenient way to send fund to Everforex. Currently BMO, National Bank of Canada, or Credit Union (Vancity, Coast Capital) support the bill payment to Everforex. The transfer receipt must be faxed or emailed to Everforex;

  • When transfering CAD from RBC, Everforex' RBC bank account can be provided for RBC internal transfer. However, the limit is usually cad $2k - 10k. The transfer receipt must be faxed or emailed to Everforex.

  • Interac e-Transfer (Email Transfer) is a convenient and secure way to send fund to Everforex for money exchange from any bank in Canada. The fund can arrive in minutes so you never miss a good opporunity for exchange. The email transfer daily limit is usually $2,000-$3,000 according to your bank account configuration. The transfer receipt must be faxed or emailed to Everforex.

    The recipient email address must be entered as: et@everforex.ca. See below for a sample of Interac e-Transfer.

We encourage customer register with us before the transfer. We do not allow customer to conduct any direct deposit to Everforex' CAD or USD bank accounts. A third party information may be required under some circumstances.

How we send fund out


  • Cash can be taken from our branch. A valid photo ID must be presented when the transacting amount is CAD equivelant of $1,000.00 or above; The cash availibility is subject to the stock;
  • An Everforex company cheque can be issued to customer. However, we do not issue post-date cheque;
  • At some times customer may require the cleared funds. A bank draft can be issued to customer as per request at a fee;
  • A Wire, EFT can deliver the fund to customer's bank account. The detailed beneficary information must be provided and confirmed by customer over the counter; or;
  • A Wire or EFT instruction can be sent by customer using Everforex Online anytime. Details regarding the purpose of the fund must be entered otherwise the request may be rejected by Everforex backoffice.

The third party information may be required under some circumstances. Wrong info provided by customer may delay the payment.

The middle bank charge, which is out of our control, usually is applied to an international wire transfer.
