For registered customers, we accept limited telephone orders and instructions for currency exchange, when they are not having internet access.

After the customer has been identified per our strict control procedures and privacy statement, over the phone we can conduct the money exchange transaction on behalf of the customer to avoid the possible market movement risk.

For security purpose, we do not accept the fund transfer instruction over the phone.

The telephone order is also limited to the period of the business hours of our branches.
