IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR DEPOSITING BANK DRAFT

From November 1st. ,2016, New company policy for depositing any bank draft : We will need you to provide banking receipt for your bank draft and notify us the branch location, no matter for deposit only or deposit and exchange. (Please see below for details)

We require all customers to bring bank draft as follows (no matter if you deposit only, or deposit and exchange):

Bank draft needs to be dated with current date (Same with the deposit date/ Today's date), otherwise we will need to hold for 2 business days.

Bank draft needs to be payable to completed legal name of our company,

which is : "EVERFOREX FINANCIAL CORP. "

The customer copy of your bank draft needs to be provided to us to keep for filling, otherwise we will need to hold for 2 business days. We will provide you a photocopy of your bank draft for your record when the transaction is done.

From November 1st, 2016, new company policy for depositing any bank draft: We will need you to provide banking receipt for your bank draft and notify us the branch location, no matter for deposit only or deposit and exchange. We will scan your receipt with the bank draft to our back office for filling purpose and then return the original receipt back to you. 

Since MAY 18th 2016, we stop accepting USD bank draft from Bank of China(Canada), ICBC(Canada), Credit Union, including Vancity and Coast Capital(CC) etc.
We only accept USD bank draft from BMO, CIBC, RBC, SCOTIABANK, TD, HSBC.
