To upgrade to be a Tradable User from a Rate Surfer, the Everforex Customer ID Verrification Process must be performed. Customers may come to Everforex office to fulfill the registration process, or following the following procedures.

• How to register as a Rate Surfer

  A Rate Surfer can view the real-time foreign exchange rates and web charts, setup the Auto Rate Email Alarm service. Enter the Registration Page, fill out all fields marked by a red asterisk (*):

  • User password
  • User password verificatio field
  • Picture number verification
  • Customer name
  • Contact phone number
  • A valid email address
  • Hint question and answer
  • Agreement to the Terms & Conditions

    (Friendly Reminder: the user login ID will be generated automatically by the system.)

• Submit Online Application for a Tradable User

  To registrer as Tradable Users, customers must be approved by Everforex Customer ID Verification Process after they submit the registration application.

  Firstly Enter the Registration Page, fill out all fields marked by both a red asterisk (*) AND a blue asterisk (*), which including the following extra fields:

  • Customer detailed residential address
  • Customer official picture-ID number such as a passport number or driver's licence. Then bring the required documents to one of Everforex offices for Everforex Customer ID Verification Process approval described below.

• How to get approved by Everforex Customer ID Verification Process

  Customers who have submitted the Tradable User registration application must visit us in person and provide the following documents to get approved by Everforex:

  • The valid original customer picture-ID document, such as the passport or driver's licence;

  Once our frontdesk staff have received those document, we will set you up immediately.
