  The workflow of Everforex Online is truely based on the business logic in the real world. The online service enables you to create deposit, withdraw instruction requests and exchange your funds with the updated-to-second, unbelievably competitive rates, plus it provides more value-added features, such as rate alarming, web chart and convert calculator.

  To get started qucikly, follow step by step below:

  • Fill in the Online Form to enter your basic personal information and then bring your valid picture ID to Everforex Office in person to finalize the registration as a Tradable User, you will be assigned a unique user login ID once you have registered successfully. After you have been approved by the Everforex Customer ID Verification Process, you are able to start the online foreign exchanging;

  • log onto your favourite online banking and transfer funds to Everforex's bank accounts by wire transfer or bill-payment;

    Fax us your deposit receipt as well as your User ID, name, contact number and identity information;

  • Once your deposited funds are cleared or confirmed by Everforex, you will be able to exchange online;

  • Login the system and select the Online Exchange function, watch the real-time live rates and choose a good timing to conduct the exchange;

  • If you want withdraw the exchanged funds, you can fill in the Online Withdraw Form to send a withdraw instruction to Everforex;

  • After Everforex received you withdraw instruction, our global payment backoffice will confirm the request with you for security purpose, then arrange the fund transfer to your nomidated bank account as soon as possible.

  During the whole process, customers are able to monitor their request status and account balance in , and also can track all of the history records , display or print the transaction details.

• User Categories

  In Everforex Online there are two types of users:

  • Rate SurferRate Surfer is a normal user with identity not verified. These kind of users can only perform non-trading-related functionalities e.g. viewing the real-time rates, etc.
  • Tradable UserUser identity is approved by Everforex Customer ID Verification Process. Tradable users can perform all of the functionalities of the system including: deposit, withdraw and exchange, etc
